Meet our team
Owner and Creative Director Callena Sabir has been hairdressing in Dubai since 2008, after mastering her colour skills and building a loyal following, she wanted to provide the ultimate Salon Experience for her clients. Supporting Callena is Co-Owner and Salon Manager Rebecca Sabir.
Together they are building a team of highly qualified and experienced European Stylists covering hair specialties from Hair Spa Treatments for all hair conditions, hair transformations, colouring, re-styles, straightening and extensions.
The Hideaway nail team is made up of experienced Nail Technicians, led by a Russian Master.

With a passion for hair starting at a young age, Callena progressed from Junior Stylist to Creative Stylist whilst working exclusively in some of Dubai’s top salons for the past 14 years. Specializing in future proof color, balayage and seamless blends, Callena has an eye for new trends and the technique to match – so you and your hair leave happy with her signature waves.
Lydia began working as a fully qualified Hair Stylist 8 years ago and has developed experience with a wide variety of clients through working in United Kingdom, Austria and Dubai. Lydia has the ability to tweak, transform or completely change your hair colour. She also specializes in extensions and creative cutting, and will send you away with insider tips to maintain and care for your hair at home.
Olga started her career in her Europe, where she worked as an assistant in an exclusive salon. Upon moving to Dubai, her love of the hair industry took her to one of Dubai’s top salons. Since then, Olga has completed extensive training in Hair Spa Treatments, colouring and styling. Olga’s reputation as a ‘miracle worker’ in reviving hair is the reason she has a cult following.
